All EOFY sale purchases are final sale and are not eligible for change of mind returns, exchanges, or store credits.

Please check sizing carefully before purchasing.

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

In the rare event of a garment arriving to you in a faulty condition, please email info@claudiathelabel.com within 5 days of receiving your order to arrange the item being sent back for review.

Please provide your order number and an image of the fault in your email. If the garment is deemed to be faulty a full refund can be processed. The returned garment(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused. Refunds will only be credited to the credit/debit card of the purchaser.
