USER GENERATED CONTENT
By uploading a photo to Instagram or Facebook and tagging @claudiathelabel and/or using the #claudiathelabel hashtag you confirm that you are over 18, are the person in the photograph, and consent to the photograph being shared on social media platforms maintained by CLAUDIA.
Please note that if you do submit a photo using the above mentioned hashtag, your photo may, at some point, be featured on this website.
Please also note that CLAUDIA has discretion of the use of your content on the social media platforms and is not obliged to use, maintain or display your content on the site if it is deemed to be inappropriate.
OUR POLICY
Refunds are for faulty items only.
Returns are available for full priced items only. Store credit will be issued.
No returns for items purchased on sale/discounted price, these sales are final. Note – this excludes the 10% sign up discount. You can still return on this.
Due to health & hygiene reasons we cannot allow returns on bottoms or bodysuits for any reason so please check the size guide carefully and contact info@claudiathelabel.com if you are still having trouble with which size to choose.
WRONG SIZE | BRALETTES & UNDERWIRE BRAS ONLY
We all know how hard bra shopping can be, so CLAUDIA is happy for you to return an item for store credit if it doesn't fit properly; provided you follow the returns requirements outlined below.
It is strongly recommended that you try on your new items after a shower to avoid disappointment in returning if it is the wrong size. Please read returns requirements section and returns process carefully.
Shipping costs to return the item to CLAUDIA are covered by the customer and are non-refundable, so please take this into consideration when purchasing and use the size guide.
DISPATCH
Orders placed by 5pm Monday - Thursday and by 12pm Friday are generally processed within 24 hours or on the next business day*. Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays, weekends or public holidays will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day.
*Please note: During peak periods (Sales, Public Holidays, or the day after a Public Holiday), next day dispatch may not be applicable whilst we work to prepare your order.
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Standard shipping
Free shipping for all orders over $85 AUD
Flat rate of $8 for orders under $85 AUD
4 - 9 days delivery time with Australia Post
VIC, WA, NT, TAS may take up to 14 days for standard parcel post.
Express shipping
Flat rate of $10
2 - 3 days with Australia Post for addresses within the Express Post network
NSW, VIC, WA, NT may take up to 6 days for express services.
Delays due to COVID-19
Record parcel volumes and ongoing restrictions are slowing things down with Australia Post. Next day delivery is currently suspended for express post. Please allow additional time for all delivery and see above for expected timeframes that have been updated to reflect the advice from Australia Post.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Standard postage with online tracking is used for all international orders. Delivery times have been updated to reflect current delays. Please refer to the following:

EXTRA INFORMATION
Claudia the Label is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or delays in transit
Please note shipping is not available for international PO Boxes
Items shipped to some countries may be subject to duties or taxes, and you as the buyer will be responsible for any costs that may be imposed. You may be required to pay these prior to receiving your order, or they may be charged to you at a later date. Claudia the Label is not liable for any of these charges.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to the site. It is your responsibility to check the site periodically for changes.
